Afiniti Named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work for the Second Year-Running

Afiniti is proud to have been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, marking the second consecutive year we have received this recognition.

Awarded to only 500 organizations across the UK, the accolade is based entirely on independent employee feedback, making it especially meaningful to us. This year, Afiniti achieved an 88% engagement score across all categories, placing us 8% above the consulting industry benchmark. We also scored over 85% in each of the six measured areas, demonstrating the consistency of our people’s experience across the business.
