We operate digital-first across our business and supply chain to reduce our footprint, and we’re working toward substantial travel-related emissions cuts, including a planned 42% reduction in air travel by 2030, supported by virtual-first practices and sustainable travel planning.
Our Carbon Reduction Plan outlines further commitments, including achieving net-zero by 2040.
Causes We Support
As a partnership, we donate a portion of our profits each year to charities that make a meaningful difference. Through our match-funding program, we amplify the impact of every employee contribution. We intentionally choose causes where our support can have a significant, tangible effect.
The Honeypot Children’s Charity
Honeypot has been our corporate charity since 2017. Through fundraising events and team challenges, we help support young carers and vulnerable children by funding respite breaks and outreach services. Honeypot is the only UK charity providing consistent support to these children throughout their entire childhood.
Railway Benefit Fund
The Railway Benefit Fund (RBF) assists railway workers and their families with financial and wellbeing support. Since 2021, Afiniti has provided pro bono services to elevate RBF’s digital presence and communications strategy, strengthening donor engagement and expanding its reach in the rail industry.
Fierce Calm
Fierce Calm delivers mental-health, trauma-recovery, and resilience programs across the Ukrainian state healthcare system. Our team has supported their humanitarian mission through themed fundraising events and wellbeing initiatives, helping extend vital services to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, veterans, refugees, and children.
Disasters Emergency Committee
The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) brings together 15 leading UK aid organizations to provide rapid relief during global emergencies. Afiniti contributes through virtual fundraisers, challenges, and auctions (matched dollar-for-dollar under our funding policy) to help deliver critical support to communities affected by crisis and conflict.Diversity, Equality & Inclusion
