Change Workshop – Uniting Global Leaders to Drive HR Strategy Forward
Project Overview
The Global HR Leadership Team of our energy client had operated in geographic silos for 13 years, with numerous leaders having never collaborated face-to-face. With the HR organization navigating a comprehensive transformation of systems and operational frameworks, leadership recognized a strategic imperative to unite this diverse group, ignite enthusiasm for the transformation journey, establish trust networks within the team, and innovate approaches for contributing to corporate strategy execution.
We partnered with the Executive Vice President of HR, Group HR Director, and Global Learning & Development Director to architect and execute a dynamic, immersive 3-day change workshop that delivered measurable outcomes aligned with strategic objectives. The comprehensive program addressed HR’s performance milestones and 2024 strategic goals, explored transformation deep-dives, examined the CEO’s strategic vision, reviewed finance and investor relations dynamics, and analyzed the complete employee lifecycle alongside culture and behavioral frameworks.
The workshop output illuminated HR’s strategic role in organizational performance while feeding into a comprehensive strategic roadmap for HR operations. By program completion, 53 Global HR Leadership Team members from across the globe had transformed into an energized coalition of change champions, equipped and inspired to drive transformation forward while innovating new approaches for HR to deliver enhanced business value.

- We explored what the HR Transformation represents for HR leaders, HR teams, operational managers, and workforce members, identifying what HR should discontinue, initiate, and maintain to deliver superior employee experiences.
- We produced a comprehensive change workshop insights report, documenting all program outputs with strategic insights and actionable next steps for implementation.
