A major international airline’s cargo division stood at a pivotal moment: implementing a technology-driven transformation designed to fuel operational growth.   • Creating a core messaging framework that enabled the program leadership to connect with key stakeholders and the broader organization through clear, unified, compelling messaging that articulated a coherent vision.
  • Building upon the impact analysis to design an approach and templated roadmaps for managing change, encompassing strategy, methodology, and practical tools.
  • Leveraging the messaging framework to co-create a visual brand for the program that brought the transformation vision into tangible focus.
